Most effective way to maximize margins and drive profitability.
Employees can now focus on real tasks instead of wasting valuable hours logging time manually.
Pros
Manual time tracking really wasted our time and had almost guaranteed inaccurate data leaving to losses in revenue. Hubstaff brought the solution after a friend introduced me to it. I highly rank Hubstaff and recommend.
Cons
Hubstaff relieved us the frustration of manual time tracking. It is doing wonders in saving us time and efforts.

Good app, but the employers may use it as a form of micromanaging
My experience was great in terms of both usability and accessibility, font was big enough for people like me with low vision, and the website respects contrast as indicated on the accessibility guidelines.
Pros
The platform is simple to use, desktop app works smoothly.
Cons
It really depends on the use the employer wants to give Hubstaff, In my experience some employers may use the platform as a way of micromanaging the employees. I didn't like the screenshots every 5 minutes, I found that to be excessive.

Expectations vs reality
Exciting but extremely frustrating. The support staff, while helpful are limited in what they can actually assist with resulting in many tickets being sent to the development team and extremely lengthy delays in any kind of response, if at all.
Pros
The tasks add on is great for project management and keeping staff on track
Cons
Auto clock in is unreliable due to mobile data reception in some buildings.
A lot of the features are not working and I am still waiting on support to rectify them, including my inbox, which makes it extremely difficult for me to track my own tasks and organise my day.
Notifications have been turned off several times in organisation and personal settings but everyone is still being slammed with emails.
The work orders are very clunky and there are no options to duplicate for one or two days (only) rather than weekly, or monthly.
The timesheets are a joke - manual tracking is inconsistent and manual entries after the shift for payroll purposes are clunky and time consuming, especially for long shifts where you need to record a meal break.

Great but a bit pricey
I was great my only complaint is the price point to have multiple users.
Pros
I like the time tracking ability and the screenshot taken to monitor employee activity.
Cons
I find it too expensive and with too many up sells for a well rounded product experience.

Hub Staff Review
overall, very good experience! Looking forward to enhanced features.
Pros
Makes time tracking easy, removes idle time and screenshots to make sure employees are working.
Cons
Could improve to auto remove all suspicious activity interfering in the background or simply stop the clock - if people are trying to cheat the system.

Hubstaff review
I really like using hubstaff in my work. This way i am able to track my day to day tasks and projects. It is more accessible and very easy to use. What i love the most is the option to take notes of the tasks you have done. The time stamp and also the screenshot option.
Pros
It is easy to access and have the ability to edit and take down your tasks.
Cons
What i least like about this tool is there are many options for you to select for a certain project. The tabs is a little bit confusing sometimes.

Great Product for Remote Employees
My overall experience with Hubstaff has been great. The program is cost effective and a great way to monitor remote employees.
Pros
I love using Hubstaff for our remote employees. It gives me access to see screenshots of what they are working on, assign tasks, job cost their time, and easily see what I need to pay each employee.
Cons
The only thing I do not like about Hubstaff is the desktop version needs to be downloaded to utilize the full services that hubstaff offers. I have to explain this to new employees, and some do not want to download the application.

Hubstaff is functionally it is a failed!!!!
It is a failed software because the basic function is not working and it is destroying the times that I was working. after working for 4 months, it destroyed 3 months!!!
Pros
After finishing the time, and closing the app, it shows an error that the time does not saved and all the time that I was working is just wasted!!!!
Cons
My employer defined this software to be used in remote jobs and because this I was supposed to use it.
Response from Hubstaff
Hi Shahin! Thanks for your feedback and we're sorry to hear that you were having some issues with the app.
We would like to explain that when you quit your app and the data has not been uploaded to the servers yet, there will be a popup notification.
Don't worry as the data is not lost since we store everything locally on the user's computer. As soon as the Hubstaff app connects to the servers, all the locally stored data will get uploaded.
If you're still having issues with it, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can take a look into this for you.
Thanks and have a good day!

The activity % is quite annoying. Because though I work continuously it never reaches 100%

Best time tracking software
Pros
Established software. 100% reliable and self-explanatory.
Cons
Nothing to complain, but considering the multitude of functionalities and that I only use time tracking, the price should be lower. Nevertheless, the competitors are neither cheaper.

Easy Time Tracking But Has Some Downfalls
I find Hubstaff to be user friendly but with downfalls that affect my overall opinion. If the desktop app did not impact the performance of my device, I would be happier with Hubstaff. Some features I can appreciate the intention but can't always be used reliably, such as the activity tracker. The activity tracker reports your and your team's active mouse movements on the screen. This percentage doesn't mean much if you are in meetings throughout the day as Hubstaff will report those times as inactive.
Pros
Hubstaff's desktop app is very user friendly and makes switching between projects easy. Admins can add or remove projects from user's list easily. The app does take screenshots of the user's screen which can be useful in certain cases. User's can be added to another user's "team" so that managers can view team member times and activities in a daily email summary or by logging into the online account without being a Hubstaff admin.
Cons
Hubstaff uses a lot of computer memory, especially the screenshot feature. Several users have reported the performance of their computer is affected. There is a mobile app but I have found it only works intermittently, most times I receive an error saying the feature is not available.
